Ms. Currais-Rodríguez is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate Department. She joined Reichard & Escalera from a background that combined civil and commercial litigation with government and regulatory affairs. She also has solid professional experience in the real estate and insurance industries. This background gives Ms. Currais-Rodríguez a unique perspective in her current areas of corporate practice, which include general corporate matters, mergers & acquisitions, real estate, energy, and legislative and government affairs.
Ms. Currais-Rodríguez obtained her B.A., Cum Laude, from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus, and completed her Juris Doctor at the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, School of Law. As a law student, she served as a law clerk to the Hon. Irene S. Soroeta Kodesh, Judge at the Puerto Rico Court of Appeals.
Ms. Currais-Rodríguez is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico and the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. Likewise, she is a notary public.
