Mr. Santa-Pagán is an associate attorney in the firm’s Corporate Department. Mr. Santa-Pagán obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus. He also obtained his Juris Doctor with a concentration in Corporate and Commercial Law from the School of Law of the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.
Before law school, Mr. Santa-Pagán worked for the now Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico, Hon. Ángel Colón Pérez, during his tenure as the Governor’s Legal Advisor. During his public service at the Governor’s Office, Mr. Santa-Pagan worked on complex legal matters and assisted in the implementation of public policies and communicated such policies to government agencies, public corporations and municipalities. Moreover, in the private sector, he worked as a financial auditor for a reputable accounting firm with a broad portfolio of local and international clients. Prior to joining Reichard & Escalera, Mr. Santa-Pagán worked as an associate attorney in a boutique civil and malpractice firm in Puerto Rico.
Mr. Santa-Pagán is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico.
