Mr. Pérez-Rosado is a member of the firm’s Tax Department. Mr. Pérez-Rosado obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with concentration in Finance (Cum Laude) from the University of Puerto Rico. He also obtained a Juris Doctor (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law where he took multiple courses in Corporate and Tax Law.
While in law school, Mr. Perez-Rosado worked as an intern for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Washington D.C. as part of the Finance and Facilities Division. He later transfered to the San Juan Field Office where he became part of the White-Collar Crimes Division. During his tenure at the FBI, Mr. Pérez-Rosado worked on complex insurance fraud and money laundering cases.
Since joining Reichard & Escalera LLC in October 2023, Mr. Pérez-Rosado has focused his practice on general taxes such as income, sales and use, property, municipal license, excise, and others, as well as on tax exemption matters including the procurement of exemptions and incentives.
Mr. Pérez-Rosado is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
