Mr. Feliciano-Boada is a member of the Litigation Department and its Employment Practice Group. His practice areas include litigating complex civil, commercial, and intellectual property matters, insurance coverage disputes and admiralty claims. Mr. Feliciano Boada also advises in Trademarks, Copyright, Entertainment, and Patent Matters and procures Trademarks and Patents before the United States Trademark and Patent Office.
Mr. Feliciano-Boada obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Life Science from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus, and a Juris Doctor (Magna Cum Laude) from the Inter American University Law School. He also has an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from The George Washington University Law School.
Mr. Feliciano-Boada is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico, the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, the District of Columbia, and the United States Trademark and Patent Office as a patent attorney.
