Ms. Meléndez García is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude. While completing her law degree, she wrote for both the digital and print versions of the university’s Law Review. Moreover, she co-founded the American Constitutional Society UPR Chapter and served as its co-chair during her final year.
Ms. Meléndez García has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Iowa State University. Before joining the firm, she worked as a law clerk at the Puerto Rico Court of Appeals.
Ms. Meléndez García is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and is a registered Notary Public in Puerto Rico.
